Fantastic service. A/C went out in the early morning. The first 3 companies I called told me it would be 2 or 3 days before they could come out. Jimmerson was here later that day. Took them maybe 10 minutes to diagnose and repair the issue. The Technicians were super nice and very knowledgeable. The price was fair and well worth it to have A/C again. Lacy and Jim are wonderful! They care about there customers and it shows. Before I found Jimmerson I bought a unit from another company, Its only 6 months old but wouldnt go below 77 during the heat of the day. Jim came out, very kind and informative. He found a couple small things the other company didn’t after they came out twice. My unit is working better, its 12:30 during day and my house is cool 73°. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone!

I work with Feagin and Owen, M.D., P.C. We needed a new unit in part of our office. Jimmerson Air Conditioning had the best price in town for our office. Jimmerson had to order our unit but Jim kept me informed and up to date with the progress of getting the unit ordered, when it would arrive and when they would be able to put the unit in. The unit got here quicker than I thought and he had our air conditioner installed within one day. Where to begin! STELLAR company, magnificent work ethic, extremely professional and superb communication. This company installed complete a/c system .. ductwork, inside unit,etc. They did a beautiful job of carefully hanging all ductwork neatly with straps , sent texts as they were headed to our property, again once they arrived so we would know every step taken. They did this very large job swiftly, completely and beautifully! My parents also recently required emergency after hours a/c work on two different occasions and different techs handled.. within 15 minutes of calling and they are ALL such a pleasure to work with. Lacey is truly a gem in that she whips estimates out within 24 hours and never seems put out with any follow up calls for additional instruction on how to decipher estimates! The pricing is phenomenal ! We are SO SO elated to be an active member of The Jimmerson family with all o our future a/c maintenance . They have set such a high bar yielding flawless reputation—— almost feel sorry for all other competitors but you know…?
